What is the Takeaways Toolkit?
The Takeaways toolkit is designed for Businesses supplying Indian and Chinese foods to educate and advise about best business practice. It is aimed to deliver:
- Education for the business (re: balance the meal in terms of salt and fat, allergens)
- Help to adapt the menu (looking at appetisers, mains and dessert)
- Strategies to sell appropriately (display, pricing and marketing)
